Lotus of Gratitude or Lotus Gratitude- Dr Swarup Dutta( Life & Consciousness coach)



This is a simple Practice of Gratitude . Lotus of Gratitude makes you count your blessings and focus on what you have in your life. Wherever you focus the energy flows and makes it expand. The Law of attraction of the Universe says- Whoever has Gratitude will be given more and he will have abundance. Whoever does not have Gratitude , even what he has will be taken away from him.’Rhonda Byrne(Author of ‘The Secret’ and ‘The Magic’). Gratitude is the key to getting what you want by attracting the Positive enforcement of emotion towards yourself . This practice can be done twice a day - Once in the morning and once in the night before going to bed. The Morning gratitude is the Prepaid gratitude - where you Thank People of things in advance imagining whatever you wish is already happening with you and You are Thankful for it. Say it in present continuous Tense or Present tense using positive statements.
In the night you practice Post Paid Gratitude to people or things which made your day so wonderful. Even things that did not go the way you desired, are the ones you should be grateful to as you learned so much from it.The people who caused pain to you, should be thanked as they showed you a mirror and made you notice your flaws or made you aware of the pain that you are felt. They helped you to realize that you are a Nobody and helped you to cut down your ego. Thank the People whom you have taken for granted, as without them your life will never be the as beautiful or as meaningful as it is now. Thank people well in advance , even before they have done something for you , Thank them in advance for things that you want them to do for you and your thoughts will become things and manifest itself. Gratitude makes you see God and Good in everything.It makes you focus on the positive and hence the Positives in your Life grows exponentially.

Elias Howe and the Sewing Machine

  This is a story of an American  person named  Elias Howe. Howe spent his childhood and early adult years in Massachusetts, where he apprenticed in a textile factory. He wanted to invent a sewing machine to overcome the challenges of stitching clothes by hand. However , despite trying repeatedly, all his attempts to design a sewing machine  fell apart. He was not able to design the machine to stitch clothes . One night he went to bed  ,deeply thinking about how to design the sewing machine, fell asleep. He was awakened by a pull at his collar and found strange looking savage men dragging him.
